Does it not change apply on the directly to the trade when changes are made on the SL/TP value at the symbol manager? 

Because my laptop went to sleep, and the SL/TP doesn't get hit, the SL/TP get pass through. Can the symbol manager permanently modify trade position without the laptop being on or without EA keep running?

Is there a way apply multiple SL/TP position permanently to the trade SL/TP when changing value at the Symbol manager?

Hello.

To set a real TP (or SL), you must first set the virtual value, and then enter the command in this cell: "set". If you want to set real TP/SL for all orders at once, then enter the command: "set all" or "setall".

you can also disable sleep mode on your laptop.
