Do you mean that the indicator is not installed at all on your charts or that it doesn't give any signals?

If not installed then please if I can ask you to check the Experts tab for any related error messages.

If installed properly but not giving any signals than as mentioned in the product description this indicator was designed for currencies. It will work in other instruments though. Regarding volality indexes, indices, metals, stocks and commodities you will have to use other values for minimum and maximum master candle size. Unfortuntely my broker doesn't offer volality indexes so I cannot test it. What you can do is take a reference candle (a candle which size you think could be suitable for giving a signal) and measure it (distance in points between high and low price) using the crosshair function in Metatrader. You will then put that value as minimun master candle size and for instance double it and set that value as maximum size.
