I just purchased Mega Shot Signal an hour ago, through MQL5. When I apply this indicator to a chart, the indicator does not automatically add new signal arrows. Instead, the chart continues to add candlesticks, but no signals are issued. Can you please advise on how this problem can be corrected. Thank you.
Yaroslav......I noticed your note to me that also had a Mega Shot Signal file with it. Is this file the replacement you mentioned you'd send? I have tried every way I know to install this file into MT4. I have been unsuccessful. Can you please provide specific instructions on how to do this? I earlier presumed that you would have checked to make sure that all further Mega Shot Signals indicator copies would be functioning correctly. However, when I downloaded Mega Shot Signal from MQL5, MQL5 was still issuing faulty copies.

As a reminder, I have no idea of how to install the Mega Hot Signals file in the MQL5 message system. Can you please provide me with installation steps/detail?

Thanks for the installation instructions you provided. Unfortunately, when I installed file Mega Shot Signal 111.ex4 and tested it, I found it has the exact same problem as the indicator I originally notified you about in 12.31.20. Please double check your work and advise. Thanks.
I don’t understand what kind of problem you have !? everything works well for everyone and for me too! only you have something wrong! I will record a detailed video of how the indicator works and how to install it!
Sorry for the delay in responding. I've been away a few days. To help you understand my problem, I've attached a screen shot of MT4 Mega Hot Signal.
Note from the screen shot Mega Hot Signal was applied to the chart at the point where the vertical red line is located. After Mega Hot Signal was applied, it fails to provide new signals, as illustrated by the candlesticks to the right of the vertical red line. The Mega Hot Signal indicator you see in the screen shot sourced from the routine MQL5 process I used to purchase Mega Hot Signal. Customers like me would be better served if you could check and find out why the routine MQL5 process that issues purchased indicators is causing in this case an indicator that is not operating as intended.
