1500 usd? are you kidding ?.... too expensive!, you dont have any live proof that shows it acts the same in real accounts, i can show you many ea that makes you trillionaire in demo, but loser in live trade.

Я не хочу добавлять опцию, я только хочу знать, когда советник должен торговать. Например, он включен = 23 и выключен = 2, если у брокера GMT + 2? Кроме того, советник автоматически управляет переходом на летнее время?

Все верно: время торговли с 23 до 2 соответствует GMT+2 и это же является 1 час до ролловера и 2 после. Автоматического перехода на летнее время нет и он не нужен.
