Please note that new versions will use WET (Western European Time) instead of GMT (Greenwich Mean Time)!

Обратите внимание, что в новых версиях будет использоваться WET (Западное Европейское время) вместо GMT (Среднего времени по Гринвичу)!

Hi Pavel,

thank you for sharing your EA with the community. I'm currently testing the free versions of the Scalper GBP and the Cross Scalper and both show very impressive results! But all your full versions, including this Complete Scalper, have been backtested on a 1.000 USD account whereas the free versions have been tested on 100 USD accounts.

Does size matter? ;-) Thanks for clarifying.

Hi!

Thanks for the praise :) No, the size does not matter. It accidentally happened.

For example, for a Complete Scalper, $ 100 - 150 is sufficient to trade with normal risks.

I'm a little confused on the WET offset settings. If my terminal time is 00:00 at the end of the US session, would the WET offset be +3? Thanks.

Hello! Yes. Now WET = GMT +1, so yes. WET offset would be + 3.

One more question. Do I need to use different magic numbers for each chart, or just select the correct currency pair in the settings?

Sorry, I was wrong. WET offset will be + 2.  In order not to be mistaken, compare Market Watch in the terminal and WET (Western European Time). For example if now your terminal time is 19:10, and WET is 17:10, then you should select WET + 2 in the Advisor's settings.

The magic number should be changed only if you are trading the same pair on different charts. Just select the pair and set correct WET offset in the settings.

Hi,

Now I'm super confused as different websites show different WET times.

I'm in the UK and according to the website https://greenwichmeantime.com/to/wet/

WET is now GMT +1.....so if GMT is 18:00 and WET is 19:00 what do I set the EA on?

Thanks

Sorry forgot to mention I'm on Pepperstone and market watch is 21:00

I had the same problem. Just Google WEDT (Western European Daylight Time) time instead of WET time.

Hi! Yes. Some websites shows WET without daylight time.  This website (https://greenwichmeantime.com/to/wet/) shows correctly.

So the offset will be + 2.

Thanks for the version update :)

It's my pleasure :) Thanks to everyone for your understanding of the recent unpleasant situation with the gap. I hope this will not happen again.

A few words about the new parameter "Friday_Evining". This option allows you to prohibit the opening orders on Friday evening. This will help avoid gaps after weekends. But this can reduce profits.

I always try to close open orders before close on Fridays, so I didn't get hit by the gap.

It's good. Another good idea is to stop trading before very important events. For example, before the new year, before the election day or referendum.
