There is no condition for arrows on the last moments. Arrows not draw at the history.

Я не понимаю вопроса. Что такое оффлайн график?

Исторические данные используются для стартовой отрисовки баров. Далее используются онлайн котировки.

Вот видео, записанное с дискретностью 1 кадр в секунду. Если набраться терпения, то можно увидеть формирование баров

unfortunately it reprints - i know the author said that it does not but at least in my case it does , , i tested it many times in different time frame , i don't say its bad indicator, i mean its good for the purpose of education but you cant count on it to make a sell or buy decision.

Can this indicator be used on any time frame? Can it be used on custom time frame chart like 2-minute 3-minute? Would period converter be used to make the custom time frame chart? Does this have any known bugs like freezing-locking the terminal?
