El Dorado Gold v1.25 — session breakout EA for XAUUSD
How it trades: builds a range during set windows and places Buy Stop / Sell Stop beyond the range (BufferPoints). After entry it moves SL to break-even (can add spread) and cancels the opposite pending. Daily DD guard can flatten & pause.
Quick start
Symbol: XAUUSD* (suffixes auto-detected if TradeSymbol="" ).
Timeframe: any; M1/M5 recommended (range built from M1).
Live tip: set ValidationFallback = false (fallback is only for Market tests).
Suggested starter inputs (adjust to broker time):
BufferPoints=800 , StopLossPoints=1000 , TakeProfitPoints=0 ,
BE_Trigger_Points=20 , BE_Offset_Points=0..5 , CoverSpreadAtBE=true ,
Cancel 22:00 , Close 22:30 .
Drawdown guard: %DD=4.0 by default (absolute off).
One instance per chart; use a unique MagicNumber if you run multiple.
Known limits: XAUUSD only; no martingale/grid; orders respect broker stop/freeze levels.
Backtest: “Every tick” with M1 data; disable ValidationFallback .
