good day Mr. Burney, do i need to backtest the indicator so it can learn from past movements in the market or just deploy it on a chart and let it work?

where to find out more about this indicator ? what are those numbers / LC integers etc? 

Seems like it repaints, which is makes it impossible to properly backtest strategies using this indicator. it seems like it trains and repaints or something similar, can author answer me please
