First trade on a demo account using this tool. Low volume session, watching the trend, got the alert the trend had changed and could see price flipped back in the direction of the hourly trend I could see on the panel. 15 Pip stop, hit my 45 pip target for a 1:3 RR. Only scratched the surface of its capabilities. Great stuff

Good evening, I purchased FXTREND NG and I can't get the signal on the pop-up. This is active, trend intensity 80 inline alert from 1 minute inline alert to 30 minutes.

Could I have a setup with a photo video of the settings thanks

Maybe a trend intensity of 80 is too strict. I kept mine at the default value of 60, configured an inline alert of 1 minute to 30 minutes, and it works perfectly fine.

Hi Lara,

thank you for purchasing FX Trend NG.

There are no universal set files, because the optimal configuration depends entirely on:

• Your trading timeframe

• Whether you scalp or trade intraday

• Which other tools (if any) you use

• How many alerts you want

FX Trend NG is very flexible, so the setup should match your style.

Here is a simple starting structure many traders use:

If you trade M15:

  • Display: M5, M15, H1, H4
  • Inline Alert: M15–H1 or M15–H4
  • Use FX Trend as direction filter, not entry trigger

If you scalp M5:

  • Display: M1, M5, M15, H1
  • Inline Alert: M5–M15
  • Wait for pullback before entry

Important:

Do not open trades just because all timeframes show BUY or SELL. Use it to define bias, then enter on structure or confirmation.

Hello,

I rented your indicator and I would like to ask you a question. In this situation (XPDUSD on M30):

shouldn't it instead display a FADE level on M30? You can notice that there is even a green trendline just turned into yellow, so it was slightly bearish and now should be FADE, shouldn't it? On the contrary, the indicator shows a strong (96) SELL level on the panel. Why is that?

Regards

Paolo

Hello Paolo,

what you're seeing is actually a live trend switch happening in real time. The M30 trend has just broken and flipped, which is why the panel already shows the new SELL direction with a strong reading.

The trendline you see turning yellow is part of that transition. The FADE state you would expect appears when the trend is weakening but still intact. Once it actually breaks, the indicator moves straight to the new direction. The trendline for the new trend will be drawn on the next bar that opens in the same direction.

So the panel and the chart are not contradicting each other. You just caught it right at the moment of the switch, which can look confusing but is correct behavior.

I see. Thank you very much for the explanation.
