EA needs to be programmed so it enters on the candle after the red green circle

i am looking for someone to re program the EA so it enters on the red or green circle after it has been detected 
there is some lag so it enters 3 candles after the  circle appears 
the logic of the EA needs to be changed so it can detect buy and sell opportunities like in the photo 

ive been told due to the lag in the indicator it is difficult to enter the trades after the red circles or green have been closed 

the circle shows a buy signal or sell signal 

ive attached the EA and the source code in the file,

A spread filter or slipage filter such that when the market price is less than 50 point away from the pend order , then ea check the spread if less than the set filter spread. If spread is more than the set spread, the ea will delete the pend order .
