Spécifications

i am looking for someone to re program the EA so it enters on the red or green circle after it has been detected 
there is some lag so it enters 3 candles after the  circle appears 
the logic of the EA needs to be changed so it can detect buy and sell opportunities like in the photo 

ive been told due to the lag in the indicator it is difficult to enter the trades after the red circles or green have been closed 

the circle shows a buy signal or sell signal 

ive attached the EA and the source code in the file,
