Integrate an Existing MT5 Trading Robot with Broker FIX API

Tarea técnica

I have an existing compiled MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor (EX5) designed for automated XAUUSD scalping.

I want an experienced developer to assess and implement a solution to execute the EA’s original trading strategy through my broker’s FIX API.

Requirements:

  1. Confirm the technical feasibility of connecting an existing MT5 EA to a broker FIX API.
  2. Explain how to obtain FIX API access and credentials from the broker.
  3. Assess whether the compiled EX5 file can communicate with an external FIX API bridge.
  4. Preserve the original trading strategy. I do not want a replacement strategy.
  5. If the original MQ5 source code is required, explain why before starting.
  6. If technically feasible, develop a secure bridge using Python or C#.
  7. Support XAUUSD market data, order submission, execution reports, order management, reconnection, and duplicate-order protection.
  8. Test connectivity and execution in a demo or approved test environment before live trading.
  9. Provide source code, documentation, and setup instructions.

Before accepting the project, please explain the proposed architecture, technical limitations, estimated cost, and development timeline.

Important: I currently have the compiled EX5 file. The original MQ5 source code may not be available. Do not promise exact strategy replication unless technically feasible.
