Hello everyone, I am from Colombia
I’m currently experiencing a persistent issue when trying to access MQL5 services from my home internet connection.
When I am connected through my home network (same modem/router), I am unable to:
Access the MQL5 website (it appears as if the site is down or unreachable)
Download MetaTrader 5
Search for brokers or servers within MetaTrader 5
Log in to my MQL5 account from the platform
Access the Market to download Expert Advisors that I have already purchased
However, when I switch to a VPN or use a different network (mobile data, another Wi-Fi, etc.), everything works perfectly without any issues.
This leads me to believe that my home IP address may be blocked or restricted by MQL5 services.
Additional details:
The issue occurs on multiple devices (3 different PCs and a mobile phone)
All devices are connected to the same home network
The problem is consistent across all of them
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is it possible that my IP has been blocked? If so, what would be the recommended steps to resolve this?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
