Open Next Change Step Grid on Trend Direction means that the expert advisor will only open a position if there is a signal to open a position and a Change Step in pips has been reached. The goal is for expert advisors to be more selective in opening positions.

And SEA will automatically send orders to the broker server, and when the order is going to the broker server, Sea will not be able to intercept the order.
