Orders for indicators development - C++ - in progress

The previous developer helped me convert MT4 indicator to ForexTester6 and gave me indicator DLL source code. Since I don't know Visual Studio Code, C++ But I am unable to compile it to DLL for ForexTester6. Please help me implement the same functionality as MT4 indicator and compile it ForexTester6's DLL. I hope you can help me as soon as possible

I would like the line break function changed a little. What I would like is for the EA to trade as per normal when it breaks the line. Currently trades must enter when a candle closes after the line but, if all of the settings don't line up that quickly, then it may miss an entry.
