Specification

I would like a new EA created to automate a customer indicator. This indicator repaints, and all actions are to be based on a new candle after values are refreshed. I will provide the indicator and a detailed specification document to selected candidates.

Please note that applications will be reviewed on 13 March 2024

The EA should have the following features

  • Open buy and sell trades based on an indicator signal. the EA will open a number of trades, capped at a given number and hedging being allowed if opposite signals are generated. only one trade can be open per candle
  • Have money management features to allocate trade lot size
  • Equity protection function to limit maximum loss per day and week and also set equity trailing loss
  • Manage open orders, by deploying a trailing  stop loss based on a indicator values at the start of a new candle. this means that stop loss is adjusted on once per candle
  • I will provide the indicator to be used, and this indicator should be coded into the EA so that the EA does not call external indicators
  • Create a onscreen display for set Variables
  • Regular self Optimization of key variables of the indicator, to achieve predetermined levels of profitability
