Looking to Acquire a Proven XAUUSD Indicator or EA – Existing Systems Only

I am looking to acquire an existing, fully developed and tested XAUUSD trading signal system, either an MT5 indicator or an Expert Advisor.

I am NOT looking for new strategy development, custom coding, or experimental systems.

My objective is to own and independently operate a reliable gold trading signal source for personal trading and an international paid subscription service.

Requirements:

1. An existing, operational XAUUSD indicator or EA with clear BUY/SELL signals, Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit.

2. Documented trading performance, preferably supported by independently verifiable live results.

3. Transparent risk management, including drawdown, losing periods and trading costs.

4. Non-repainting signals, suitable for timely manual execution by subscribers.

5. An opportunity to independently test the exact existing system before purchase.

6. Full commercial rights to distribute the generated trading signals to paying subscribers.

7. Independent operation without mandatory subscriptions, external signal servers or continued dependence on the original developer.

8. Full and exclusive ownership of the existing system, including its source code and intellectual property rights, is mandatory. The purchase must include the rights to modify, rebrand, sell and license the indicator or EA to customers, and distribute its signals through paid subscriptions. The seller must disclose any previous sales or licenses and must not retain the right to resell the transferred system.

Not accepted: New development proposals, grid/martingale systems, unverified profit claims, copy-trading subscriptions or third-party signal resale services.

Please include in your proposal:

* Name and brief description of your existing system.

* Available live performance evidence and backtest reports.

* Maximum drawdown, trade frequency and average holding time.

* Confirmation that you own the system and can grant the required commercial rights.

* Your proposed acquisition or licensing price.

I am prepared to pay a fair price for a genuinely strong existing system. The budget depends on verified performance, risk and ownership rights.

Only existing, testable systems will be considered.
