MT5 Python/PHP web bridge

Hi,

I need some sort of custom API using python or PHP to connect multiple accounts and manage them. I want to develop a custom copytrading cloud software service, and to do that I need a custom API to handle multiple accounts connection, getting stats from them, manage (open, close, partial close and so on) positions etc.

API can be written via Python or PHP, prefer PHP. No EA.
