I was talking about MT4 ;-), so it seems working similar on both platforms.

We can not attach a demo indicator to an EA chart, but we can call it from inside EA through iCustom.
There is no need to attach a demo indicator to an EA chart, if it's running on its own. If it's invoked from the EA, you need not to attach the indicator either. If you want to just test the indicator itself, run it in the tester without a EA.

Exactly, what I said, didn't I???.- I didn't talk about whether or not it was necessary. I described what you/we can do and what can not.  And what I said is correct. Therefore, in mi opinion, there's no need for your reply. Regards.
