Signal synchronized in virtual server error "skipped as no symbol found"
Hello,
I´m subscribed to a signal which i have synchonized in a virtual server. All works fine except that sometimes when virtual server receives a trading order from signal i got this error:
2016.08.11 09:29:55.221 : Signal - #52219093 buy 0.60 EURUSDX at 1.11438 tp: 1.12517 skipped as no symbol found
The strange thing is that other times this works perfectly:
2016.08.11 16:17:48.388 : Signal - copy position [#52219092 buy 0.36 EURUSDX at 1.11595 tp: 1.12517]
2016.08.11 16:17:48.388 : Signal - symbol EURUSDX mapped to EURUSDp
Why is this happening?

Tried switching to another server but didn't work.
Metatrader service desk answer after a few messages was something like: this is not posible, this is not happening and you shouldnt have this problem.

Please resync after the symbol has been mapped to it's alternative symbol+prefix.
As you can see from the time stamp the symbol had not been mapped yet.
