You don't need any past history in order to publish your trading account as a MQL5.com signal.
Actually is better and more ethical to connect your account from the very beginning, because your statistics and maximum drawdown will be truthful.

MetaTrader 5 signals are for MetaTrader 5 accounts only. Similarly with MetaTrader 4: only those who work in MetaTrader 4 can subscribe to MetaTrader 4 signals.

Go to the signal and read the warnings:
Statistics - it is inexorable: first warnings, and then a natural drain of a very risky signal. Therefore, at such dangerous warnings, the signal is hidden from the showcase.
