I don't believe it !!!! Was a shot-luck....

I wouldn't be surprised if the owl was assembled in the Wizard. As I wrote in spring-summer - this is not the EA Championship, but the Optimiser Championship.

I think the effect would be the same if they randomly distribute Wizard signals among the participants and who would be more lucky... It's more like a casino with a 3-month bet.

It would be better to make the Championship of robots so that on weekends you could come in and change settings and currency pairs. I.e. conditions as close as possible to those of leading brokers like Alpari or FXCM with their quality of order execution and the number of instruments.

There is no need to buy or rent a server for this purpose. Everyone trades on their own. Only access to the terminal should be opened on weekends and closed on weekdays to ensure that there is no manual trading or correction of the EA on the fly.

Conditions of participation - rent of the UPU - I think everyone would find 10-30 dollars for such a case

Well, then you can organise the championship on your own

1) held on the UPU

2) prize money is collected by participants of the championship - 10 greenbacks from a person it is at hundred participants 1000$ - a solid prize for free association of programmers.

3) evaluation criteria are taken on the basis of voting before the championship, which criteria will get the necessary number of votes and those will be used, but will be used criterion of drawdown squared, to completely exclude the option of lottery

4) the number of advisors 1-2, not more, it is more difficult to regulate this parameter

5) it is obligatory to use one broker

6) any account - dollar, cent (micro-account), demo - the size is not important, not absolute growth, but relative growth will be taken into account.

Well, here are the basic provisions)))

So, does it match what's on display at the championships?

Well, there is an approach, my EA from 1 January to 1 August raises 400.000 in the test.

Look at him now, you won't be able to look at him without tears.

Alohafx, You are indeed freaking awesome !!!.

Can anyone help me please...

I get a message :  Core 2 genetic pass (0, 158) tested with error "cannot initialize expert" (78 ms)

Thank you.

Hi Atsushi,

nice job, i guess you have been working with envelopes and noticed similarities. So only the money management is different. (H1/1 min OHLC, your settings)

However, if you  remove the date constrain and run the  test on last year, results are disaster.

So ... is it possible that this is such a luck, or is there something else in question? I don't see a way to optimize the envelope signal to such level to make such targeted profit.
