What is modoki ?, is it (mirror) twin ?

"modoki" means something similar in japanese.

but i think too, it is just a coincidence. 

 

Great job, but reverse engineering is always risky when too aligned with the past (overfitting).

In my opinion we should wait until the end of the championship to verify if the algorithm is kept accurate.

Anyway, congratulations for the effort and for sharing here.

what is the rule for suy and sell signals? When read the code, it seems one of the sell signal in the lower band of the envelope instead of upper band, the same for buy signal in upper band. Confused.

You can say anything in an interview.

Here's what exactly was said:

I use several technical indicators to determine when a short-term trend is exhausted and then enter the market in the opposite direction. Finding the right indicators for this pattern has been a real challenge.

A few technical indicators is a few moving averages!?!? :DD

What those other factors are, I don't understand! :))) Maybe they are other indicators, who would know.

And still I think that there is more than one indicator used there, but in principle we have not long to wait, the author promised to tell more about his system.
