History center not working to download historical data. - page 2

Thanks for clarification.

So some of us are having similar problem.

The points is that Historical centre does not behave as it should be.

Normally even if there are some historical data available in the Data base, pressing download button will do something.

Download progress bar is stop at zero forever (see the second screenshot).

So I am not sure if it is internet problem (not the user's internet problem though) or bugs in new build of Meta Trader terminal.

i think the best way to resolve this is to download the data somewhere else and import it into the platform..
 

yes of course it it good idea

but I have another idea

to uninstall this software and then reinstall it in different directory/folder 

 

I think it is working now.

It seems that there was some server problem like maintenance or something where the data is stored.

Now when I press the download button, it download the data again. :)

Yeah, MQL5 frequently goes down over the weekend (maintenance I presume) so is most likely a factor. I've also tracked down my MT iPhone App crashing and wiping out data to a "weekend only" issue

Obviously never, as this problem is still common
Reason:
