how do i get my complex Trailing EA I paid for

i bought EA from market

they got my money i did not get anything i donot know whom to turn to

how do i get my complex Trailing EA as i paid for it but do not get anything

or i will have to call to c/c to cancel purchase if i do not get anything.

Your question is not clear, If you bought your said EA then click Profile and left side you can see Purchases click it and you can see your all purchased items if not  means you failed to buy. 

If in Purchases you can see a item  then open MT4 and login to community  Tools>Options>Community

Now click Market from MT4 bottom and in Purchased you can see your all items and click to install

Login to MQL5,com from MT4 ... Tools >>> Options >>> Community >>> Login from there ...

At the bottom for your MT4 ... Market >>> Purchased ...

If you find your EA/Indicator, follow the simple steps to download it, if you didn't, this means

something went wrong (rarely!).

To prevent complications, always buy products from MT4 itself for easier steps.
