Metaquotes allows broker-dealers to deactivate the Signals service feature of MT5. Clearly your broker-dealer has done so. The solution is to get a new broker-dealer that doesn't do so, and/or...

If you cancel your subscription you will get a refund for the months, that haven't started yet.

Based on Eleni's pocketed posts above, yes. Eleni is an official Forum Moderator and is the most knowledgeable about mql5.com financial transactions. As you have used nothing, you should get a full refund. Just allow the usual processing time for your payment method used.
