Market validation of a multi-symbol EA when BTCUSD is unavailable

Hello,

I am preparing a multi-symbol MT5 Expert Advisor that trades XAUUSD and BTCUSD. It works in local Strategy Tester tests on a broker providing both instruments.

The Market automatic validation report shows:

test on EURUSD,H1 (netting)
symbol BTCUSD does not exist
tester stopped because OnInit returns non-zero code 1
there are no trading operations

At present initialization requires both intended symbols, so it stops when BTCUSD cannot be resolved. I cannot tell from the report whether an alternative Bitcoin symbol is available in the validation environment.

What is the supported Market-compliant approach for validating this type of multi-symbol EA when a required instrument is unavailable? Is there a way to request the required instrument data or a suitable validation environment?

I want to preserve the declared trading logic, rather than add validation-only trades or silently substitute EURUSD for Bitcoin. I would appreciate clarification of the applicable requirements.

Thank you.

"Products must not contain deliberate operation restrictions or change their functionality depending on the type of account, account number, name of a trading server and other similar conditions under which they are used."

The EA should trade any symbol (means: EA must trade), but all the particularities should be described in the product description.

Hello,

1. Include an input parameter for the user to specify the symbols to be traded;

2. Create functions to verify the symbols provided by the user and generate a list containing only the valid/tradable symbols;

3. If the user's list of symbols is empty, or if none of the provided symbols are valid/tradable, the EA should trade on the current symbol (_Symbol).
