Account Access Issue / Authorization Code Verification Device No Longer Accessible

I am locked out of my primary account saraphineshps because I no longer have access to the device that was initially registered to receive push verification codes, and I have " authorization only from allowed static IP addresses" permitted in my Profile.

I have my logins and password, I just need someone from the support team to help me lift the static IP address toggle so I can login normally.

I've tried creating a support ticket from contacts and requests but the bot just sent me going around in circle. I've tried emailing the support team but no response was ever received. I still got some balance in my old account, and it's occupying my primary email and mobile number, so I can't just look away and start fresh from another account. Could somebody please help here cuz I'm getting a bit desperate now.

Please transfer this to a support agent so I can provide proof of ownership and verify my identity. Thanks
