I think - you need to wait (for at least to the end of the day. Because one user reported the similar issue on this thread so I think about the following:

  • it will be fixed, or 
  • some time should has to be passed after the deposit on MQL5 for MT5 to "see" it.

You can write to the service desk (as we on the forum can not help you here sorry) - because they (the service desk) can check about the following: same login or not same login, Comminity tab filling in Metatrader, and so on:
look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
