My Charts are not updating

Hello There,

My Charts in MT5 are not updating ? it is still showing information from 20th August and not the current date?

Plus, my new order button is greyed out?

Please help.

Your Metatrader is not connected with the broker's server - it is he screenshot from your image above:

If you are using demo account so you can open the demo account once again.

If it is for real/live account so ask your broker for support. Because if you are trading so you are using the broker selected by you; and MetaQuotes (about MetaQuotes-Demo) is not a broker).

 

Find Metatrader broker (there are a lot of Metatrader brokers, use google to find), and open the account according to their condition on their websites.
Try with demo first.
