Is it about MQL5 VPS?
If yes so it is latency from VPS server to the broker's server, and it is very good latency.
But there is some time for the broker to process the trade/order, and it is mostly standard time and more higher than lanency from VPS to the broker's server.
I mean: it is impossible to lose money for latency of 4.9ms and for order processing time as 18.1ms - because it is very good figures.

The correct ping is the one in MQL5 VPS >> Details.
The ping in your local MT4 terminal's journal has nothing to do with MQL5 VPS, is that local terminal's ping to the broker server.
As for where to look if your MQL5 VPS works normally, you right click on it in the Navigator window >> Journal.

But before yesterday it has latency of 3.2ms or so and was working perfectly.....and now latency increased to 4.9 and it started behaving like this...kindly tell me the solution....it is possible thats why my trades are losing money......if u want an evidence i can send screenshots also....i didnt say it was bad from start...it worked perfectly fine for many days and just started behaving like this thats when i noticed latency is 4.9ms...it is fast but may be not for my EA..as i designed it .....thats why i choose MT5 VPS for best latency which was advertised to be 1.38ms....
Thanks for the reply.

Latency of 4.9ms is fine, you do not need to do anything.
Because it is thelatency from VPS server to the broker's server. But brokers will take some more time to process the trades, and it is more than 5ms ...
According to my opinion - those latency figures are fine/ok.
--------------------
How many thousands orders your EA is doing during one ms?
Well ... how many thousands orders in one second?
I mean: it is not HFT so your figutes are fine (according to my opinion).
--------------------
Example for MT4:
BUT in addition to ping time, broker need some time to execute your order. ~50 ms is normal execution time for MT4 systems.
So, it is time to execute order in MT4 (it is not your latency which is the time from VPS server to broker's server, it is additional time).
Of course, this time is mch less for MT5.

I mean - your figure with 4.9ms is good.
