look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
Well, at the end the Service Desk discovered that the naming of the new Broker Server (PUPrime) contained a 'space'...
While the original server was 'PUPrime-Live2', the new one was 'PUPrime-Live 6' while I consistently read 'PUPrime-Live6'... Pfiew!

The Change option does not work. It gives the error "Failed to move hosting. Make sure the server name is correct and the platform version (MetaTrader 4/5) of the target account matches that of the source one."
Both are MT5 accounts and active.
The Cancel option show the message "The rental fee will be returned to the hoster without refund".
