Moving my 12-months VPS subscription from one server to a different server

I have a VPS trade account on Puprime-Live2 and want to move to Puprime-Live6.

The Change option does not work. It gives the error "Failed to move hosting. Make sure the server name is correct and the platform version (MetaTrader 4/5) of the target account matches that of the source one."

Both are MT5 accounts and active.

The Cancel option show the message "The rental fee will be returned to the hoster without refund".

It depends on what you want to change "from to".
In case you want to change the trading account so -

Then please tell the servicedesk, because they guide me to the change MQL5 VPS server option which does not work.

look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk.
