Yes, it may be the way for you to get to the service desk.
But please note - the service desk is not immediate replying - you should wait.
1. First of all - you may ask the service desk to remove ""Financial operations are limited" limitation.
2. And at the second - you may ask about your purchase - it was already finished or not yet; or, anyway - you can see when the purchasing will be finished in case you see your purchased indicator in Purchased tab of Metatrader for example.

It is all that I know (because I am buying on the market as well and have some experience with that).
I purchased an indicator using my Visa card and the payment has already been deducted from my card and credited to my MQL5 balance, as shown in the attached screenshot. It happened previously and after verify card they activate my account on the same day within 2 hours but this time its more than 7 hours.
I already explained it in the previous posts here (because I have experience as well).
Means: if the payment was deducted from your card so it means that the purchase was started ... when it will be finished and how do you know?
You can look at the link in your profile https://www.mql5.com/en/users/sephirothprime/market do you see your indicator there? Not yet? If not yet so wait ... some people reported about one or two days for example.

That is why we (on the forum) are doing the following (in case of purchase): deposit necessary fund to the forum profile, and pay directly from the forum profile.

"Financial operations are limited" is the usual story which every user (especially every seller) is getting from time to time.
I already explained about what to do: wait for the limitation to be removed, or write to the service desk.
