Help needed with MQL5 account verification rejection

Dear MQL5 Support,

My application for Verified User status (username: phungthuctrader) was rejected by the automated check, with the message stating it was for "security and service transparency reasons," without further details.

Could you please help me understand:

1. What specifically caused the rejection?

2. What information or documents I need to correct or provide to pass the verification?

I filled in all the required information correctly and would like to resolve this properly rather than submitting a repeated or new application. Thank you for your support.

Go to your user Profile, scroll down the left side menu, and then click on Service Desk.

Look at the bottom of this page for "Contacts and requests", and try to bypass the chatbot to create a ticket to the service desk (example: #11)
