I confirm that this is my real and only MQL5 account. I have not created any duplicate account. All personal information and documents submitted by me are genuine and belong to me.

I kindly request a manual review of my Seller / Verified User verification. If any document, selfie, profile detail, or information needs correction, I am ready to provide it again as per your requirements.

Unfortunately, submission and rejection issues can’t be resolved via the forum. Please contact the Service Desk directly - they are the only official channel that can access and review the specific details of your case

You can ask service desk to reset your seller application so that you can reapply, however they will not tell you what was wrong with the refused application. They will then leave your ticket open while you make new application, and then if it is rejected again, they may tell you what part of the application failed, but they will not tell you how to fix it. and do not expect them to do that - as it is clearly written in the terms that they have right to refuse for any reason and that they will not give any.
