Refund for an expert

Hello.. it has been 7 days since I purchased(and activated)  an EA
The EA trades only during rollover time of the market.

Recetly most users of this expert getting banned from trading,depositing and withdrawing   from the broker they use.

The brokers flagged the expert as its against the brokers' trading conditions and we need to stop using the expert.

Is there a way to refund it somehow? I can't use it anymore.

Once product (indicator/EA) is activated - refunds are no longer possible. If you wish to request a refund, it must be done prior to activating the product. Thanks for your understanding.

If you haven't activated your purchase, you can cancel the purchase and buy the MT4 version.

If doesn't work, contact the Service Desk, we can't help you here.

There isn't a refund option for Market purchases, as you can see in the rules here: https://www.mql5.com/en/market/rules

You may want to contact the Service Desk, since we can't help you here.
