Continuous Harassment and spamming from a customer

Hello, moderators!

I would like to request a moderator review of the behavior of another user/seller, Saif Idan Gaeed Farttoosi, https://www.mql5.com/en/users/saiffarttoosi/publications/all#!page=1

During the last 4 days alone, this user/seller has posted more than 40 negative comments targeting one of my products. The comments repeatedly contain the same allegations and arguments, despite receiving multiple responses and explanations.

The volume of these posts is disturbing and highly unusual. This is no longer a customer seeking clarification or support. Instead, it appears to be a continuous campaign of repetitive negative posting directed at both my product and myself as the seller.

I would also like to draw your attention to Section 4.1 of the MQL5 Terms and Conditions, which prohibits users from posting materials that are abusive, derogatory, or that discredit the honor, dignity, business reputation, legal rights, and interests of other persons.

I fully respect every customer's right to express their review, feedback, and opinion. However, this is no longer a normal user feedback. The volume, repetition, and persistence of these comments appear intended to damage my business reputation rather than contribute to a constructive discussion.

As a seller, I also have the right to conduct my business on MQL5 without being subjected to continuous harassment, spam, and repetitive attacks. No seller should be expected to endure this level of persistent targeting from a single user.

I respectfully ask the moderation team to review his behavior. I trust the moderation team to determine the appropriate action. Given the volume and persistence of the behavior.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Use the "complain" link in each spam post. That link goes straight to Moderators.

Edit: As a side note, this thread may be a no-no too:

  1. "Please be polite when communicating on this website. Refrain from statements that may offend or insult other users.
  2. Negative discussions of any banking, brokerage and other financial institutions are not allowed.
  3. Any discussions about personal relations between the community members are not tolerated.
  4. Coarse language, advertising messages, spamming and flooding are forbidden.
  5. Repeated violation of the Rules, ignoring moderator's remarks and open disrespect for the website Administration will lead to an account termination.
  6. The website Administration may implement any changes to the Rules it deems necessary."

Thanks, I  already did that, but nobody seems to be looking into this strange case.

This person has been spamming me for months, I had to block him from DMing me and now he is spamming in the comments section of the EA.

This person has been spamming me for months, I had to block him from DMing me and now he is spamming in the comments section of the EA. It's a person who you can't reason with.
You're welcome, but please check the Edit in Post #1. The Rules are a 2-way street.

I understand, but it's not me who is spamming, or insulting anyone.

I am reporting a harassment and toxic behavior case.Waiting for a moderator to investigate this.

I know, but posting a picture and the Profile of a person could be deemed offensive.

By the way, the 2-tone highlights in the quoted Rules in Post #1 are intentional─per each side of the street.
