Can't open Market on MT5
You are trying to run your MT5 on a 17 year old operating system, that Microsoft stopped supporting 6 years ago.
Check the MT5 Journal tab for any errors.
Most likely, by June 1 (2024), we will stop supporting Windows 7, as well as the remaining 32-bit terminals.

Windows 7 extended support period begins in January 2020 when Windows 7 support ended officially, and it ended in January 2023 for good.

Considering the transition to the use of WebView2 components for displaying HTML content in MetaTrader 5, we strongly recommend that everyone:
- Upgrade from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Update Windows 10 to at least version 21H2 (build 19044, November 2021 update)
Trite, but I repeat: updating the operating system categorically increases its stability and reduces the number of errors in any software launched on it.
Unfortunately, we are starting to cut down on the capabilities of terminals under Windows 7. There is no reason to support it anymore.

Hi, i have installed win7 on my old machine and metatrader5 (latest version from mq) , it works BUT i cant open MQL Market place and it just shows a white screen.
i managed to enter mq account from settings but these popup menus of mql5 account doesnt open either. although if i hover curser over it show my login was successful:

-I've fully Deleted MT5 and reinstall = no success
-i have the same version of windows on a virtual machine and MT5 works just fine (market,menus...).
-probably no windows updates is involved in this, cause no updates is installed on my virtual machine version...
