Payment done but cant access EA

 

On Monday, I purchased an EA from the Market. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but the license was not delivered because my profile got caught in a database conflict regarding duplicate older accounts.

I have already used the Service Desk to explicitly confirm and authorize the permanent deletion of all duplicate profiles, requesting to keep only my active account (suyashkolap99) so the transaction can be processed.

My payment went through, but I cannot access the software or complete the setup because the account sync is pending. I have updated the ticket with everything requested, but I have not received a status update from support today since their offices opened.

Could an administrator please look at my active ticket and ask the technical team to run the profile cleanup script so my license can be released to suyashkolap99?

  • it is prohibited to have more than one forum account/profiles.

  • If you paid by using bank card so the payment is processed during the few days - because it is int'l payment anyway.

  • If everything is already processed in payment so you can find the product to be listed on your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/suyashkolap99/market, and you are able to install it directly from Metatrader's purchased tab.

  • If you feel that the payment is processed for too long period of time (for more than one week for example) so you can write to the service desk asking them for advice.

You started to pay on Monday - because it takes several day to complete the payment in case you are paying by bank card.

That is why it is strongly recommended to deposit the fund to the forum account/profile first and after that - pay directly from account/profile (from MQL5).
