I recently rented the product Forex Trade Manager MT5 for 3 months through the MQL5 Market. The payment was successfully processed and the product appears in my purchases list on the MQL5 website. However, when I try to use the product within MetaTrader 5, it shows as not purchased and does not allow me to activate it.

I have already logged in with the same MQL5 account I used for the purchase, and I have confirmed that the rental period is still valid. Despite this, I cannot access or use the product.

Could you please look into this issue and help me restore access to the product?

If yes, you need to contact the Service Desk to remove this limitation, if you haven't then again you need to contact the Service Desk to ask them what is wrong with your purchase.
