And if you paid for MQL5 Market product by using your Visa/Mastercard so you should wait because it is int'l payment and it may take some day or two for example (means: you are in the process of buying).
And because if that - it is recommended to deposit some fund to MQL5 forum profile first and after that - pay directly from MQL5 forum profile (because it is fast without waiting anything).

Yes it is listed there as well.(with option to cancel). It is just MT5 Trade Assistant but it has 7 day padlock in my previous purchases. So I should just wait and then I will be able to find in navigation/purchases EA on my mt5 when money clears? Thanks again 🙏
I never used Visa/Mastercard to buy the Market product. I deposited some fund to my MQL5 forum account/profile, and after that - I was buying the product directly from Metatrader by using MQL5 option.
Yes, I had to wait for the money to be deposited to my MQL5 forum account/profile (for one or few days), but after that - I was buying the product by using my profile/MQL5 (inside Metatrader) and it is almost immediately - means: I can install it from Purchased tab of Metatrader immediate after purchasing.

As to your situation (as I understand - you were buying by using bank card) so I do not know ...
- you can try to find this product in Purchased tab of Metatrader to install
- and check this product in the product page in the Market showcase/webpage (about what was written there - proposed to buy or already bought).

Hello, I just purchased Trade Assistant via Cardpay. The transaction was verified, and the funds are pending from my bank. I’ve rented it year by year. However, my profile purchases tab shows a grey 7-day padlock hold. Has anyone else experienced this with card transactions, and does it usually clear automatically on the overnight banking cycle?! Thanks so much!
