Payment went through bank but not reflecting
It is recommended to deposit money to mql5 forum account/profile first, and make payment from this mql5 forum profile.
If you paid from your forum profile and subscription is not renewed so write to the service desk (it may be some issue with the signal for example).
But if you paid by using paypal or Visa/etc so you should wait because it is international payment, and money should come from your bank account to their bank account, and it takes some time.

Hello. I was renewing a subscription (11067513). MQL5 also showed successful payment afterwards and the amount went off my account but my subscription is not renewed.
