Withdrawal Issue - Please Help

 
Today, I tried to withdraw to my bank card. However, I didn't enter any details into the page when it asked for my 'bank card details.' I closed the withdrawal window completely without submitting anything. Now my account is showing like I made a withdrawal and the amount is "locked." Also, I tried to reach out to support and all that comes up is the chatbot; which is absolutely useless!
 

If the withdrawal wasn't completed the money will be unlocked and returned to your account balance.
