You can only withdraw earned funds from your MQL5.com account, money that you've earned selling products or services in this website.

The process of depositing and withdrawing from E-payment system, as i newly obtained the card from E-payments.

I see, the thing is that you can't withdraw deposited money.

You may want to contact the Service Desk about it.
