You cannot do that, under the MQL5.com Market licencing system.
"Products offered via the Market service can only be purchased on the mql5.com website and through the MetaTrader 5 or MetaTrader 4 client terminals" (Rules of Using the Market Service, § I(7)).
"The Seller shall not use spam to promote Products on the Market both on www.mql5.com website and via third-party services" (Rules of Using the Market Service, § II(16)).
Having read that, my questions seeking clarification are:
- Does a product version no longer sold in the mql5.com Market constitute the same product as a new version of that product currently sold in the mql5.com Market?
- Can a product sold in the mql5.com Market also be sold on the product Seller's own independent website?
- How do you distinguish between advertising versus spam in third-party services outside of mql5.com?

As far as I know Ryan, MQL5.com Seller's agreement doesn't require exclusivity.
The other 2 questions are open to discussion.
My personal opinion is that a previous version of a product that has the same name and logic as the new version, is still the same product.Hi @Eleni Anna Branou I understand you are a moderator; I was clear on that in the beginning. However, I did not violate forum rules in anyway. I'm no stranger to process and/or rules that govern this space.
I didn't delete your post, I answered it, saying that you were wrong, because Eusebiu was asking about offering a previous version of a product 'to a client' and NOT to the entire MQL5.com Market community.

I formerly had an mql5.com store and my own web store without issue, and I see that many sellers still do that─which seems to prove that non-exclusivity is correct.
Assuming that is true, spam must simply be conventional spam regardless of where it's posted─by process of elimination, so to speak.

By the way using a second MQL5 account to post again is not wise, you can get banned for it. Multiple MQL5 accounts are not allowed in MQL5.com.
