Hi. Windows update today seems to have stopped all my EAs loading and working and I get a constant 538 error. Does any one know how to help? Can I raise a ticket with MQL5?

error 538 is invalid license.
It means: your product is already installed but the validation is lost because of the Windows was updated and so on.
So, delete this product from your Metatrader and install it once again (from same Metatrader).

The activation of Market products is per software with hardware (and per the system configuration as well).
If you updated your Windows (critical update) so you need the other activation for your products.
It means: delete all your products from Metatrader and install them once again (from same Metatrader); yes, one activation will be lost because of that.
Everything about activation (summary post): #1031

ok thanks. It has wiped months and months of hard work and set files that always auto loaded. I have never had this problem and cant get them back. Is there a way around?
Go to your backups. You do backup your system, don't you?

Hi
I have no idea what I am doing and any help appreciated. I have multiple instance of MT5 and using Win11 with the same broker on the same computer and this has been fine for years and it has always just either updated or turned on and off and all EAs have come back up with old settings. I have never had this problem. Since an hour ago when Win11 updated nothing is loading at all from the Mql5 marketplace EAs I have. Everything else is exactly the same. None of the EAs work now from any of the three instances and just show a 538 error
