New terminals mt4/5 installation problem. Proxy window pops up.

I’ve been having a problem for the past few days with installing MT4/MT5. During the installation, a proxy window pops up, which has never happened before. When I click Cancel, the installation stops. I also can’t download a newer version from the broker — I get some kind of proxy page error. It looks like my IP is being blocked, but my account here, as well as the terminals already installed, work normally. I just can’t add any new ones on any computer. Please help, support. I should mention that I have a public IP.

At my own risk of being Captain Obvious, have you contacted the broker-dealer whose name is on the installation window?

I haven’t contacted them because the issue doesn’t seem to be on the broker’s side. I tried downloading the installers from three different brokers, and the problem is the same — a proxy error. It’s the same with the installer itself — please take a look at the screenshot.

However, when I turn on a VPN in the browser that changes my IP, I can suddenly download the MT4 installer. I can also download it on my phone, just not through my fixed public IP, as if I had been banned.
