my account can not copy trade from provider

greetings

i started follow signal on march 30 , provider had trade on march 31 but my account did not have trade

alredy clicked things on signal tab on mt4 option and the provider also shown on signal tab bottom

please advise

i chcekd the journal seems the problem with symbol..provider use xauusd, my accout use xauusd.i  how to solve this

The symbols must be the same to use the tool from provider.

Read this part of FAQ -

The Provider has trading symbol called GOLD, and my broker has the same instrument, but it is called XAUUSD. Are trades on GOLD copied to XAUUSD in that case?

Also, make sure that your broker allows this symbol to trade for traders with Forex margin calculation in specification, more in details:
