Paid for 2 EA's but nowhere to be found.

 

Hello Friends,

I've paid for  2 EA's  but can't find the in the PURCHASE- List a week now. 

Is there anyone who knows why?

If you paid for the Market products by your username (and if the fund already came to the Market) so you can find those products in your profile here: 
https://www.mql5.com/en/users/nillscash/accounting 

And it depends on the following: you used Visa/Mastercard or payment was made directly from MQL5 forum account/profile (directly from Metatrader, not from webpage):

  • If you paid by Visa/Mastercard so you should wait for the several days (because it is int'l payment);
  • if you paid by using your MQL5 forum account/profile so it is almost immediately accepted (but it may be some delay for a day for example).

And there is one method to refresh the Purchased tab in Metatrader:

The purchased tab is only showing the last two purchases

Even if a Market product is removed from the showcase, those who already purchased it, can install it anytime from their MetaTrader terminal (Market \ Purchased section).

In case you don't see the product on the list of your purchases in the terminal, try the following:

  1. Close all your MetaTrader terminals
  2. Go to C:\Users\{user name}\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\Community
  3. Delete all files starting from mql4.market.* and mql5.market.*
  4. Open MetaTrader terminal
  5. Try to install product again

Both of your purchases failed and you should not have been charged - check your card. You can contact Service Desk for more details.
